This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with mental health disorders, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support with a focus on focusing on Alcohol and Substance Use Disorders at both the Detox and Outpatient level of care. The specialist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, promoting mental well-being and recovery.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient needs. Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Qualifications

Qualifications Education: Associate's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution. Licenses/Certification: Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC or LPC-Associate), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) or equivalent in the state of practice. Experience: Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting. Experience working with diverse populations, including adolescents, adults, and substance use disorders. Proven track record in developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
