Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities
The social worker will conduct holistic mental health assessments and lead on safeguarding enquiries and crisis intervention. They will also provide care coordination within a multidisciplinary team to develop person-centred support plans that promote recovery and independence.
Requirements
Candidates must have Social Work England registration, a full UK driving licence, and be eligible to work in the UK. A degree-level qualification in Social Work and post-qualified experience are required for this role.
