Key Responsibilities
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides psychosocial support, crisis intervention, and counseling to patients and their families to ensure continuity of care. They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess patient needs and coordinate rehabilitation and community resources.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a social services field and possess an Indiana Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification. At least one year of social work experience in an ambulatory setting is preferred.
