Join Mindify Wellness And Care as a Community Outreach Representative – Behavioral Health in Newark, New Jersey, United States. Mindify Wellness & Care is seeking an outgoing, professional, and relationship-driven Community Outreach Representative to help expand our presence throughout North Jersey. This is a primarily in-person, community-based position.

Key Responsibilities
The Community Outreach Representative will conduct in-person visits to healthcare facilities and community organizations to introduce behavioral health services and build referral partnerships. They are responsible for managing professional relationships, delivering informational presentations, and documenting outreach activities in the CRM system.
Requirements
Candidates should possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work independently in a field-based role. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, while a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
