Key Responsibilities

The Recovery Counselor provides direct physical and psychosocial care to clients within a residential treatment facility. They are responsible for maintaining a safe, clean environment and monitoring daily client activities to ensure therapeutic standards.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in a mental health program or equivalent training. A valid California driver's license is required, with additional certifications in First Aid and food handling needed within 90 days of hire.
