Key Responsibilities
The Integrated Care Practitioner provides direct clinical services including individual counseling, group facilitation, and intake/discharge procedures. They ensure all services align with regulatory standards while coordinating care across multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid RADT/SUDRC or CADC/SUDCC license and have 1-3+ years of experience in behavioral health. Additional requirements include CPR/First Aid certification and the ability to obtain CDCR clearance.
