PrimeCare Medical, Inc. is looking for an Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor to work in the medical department at the Chester County Prison in West Chester, PA.

Key Responsibilities
The counselor is responsible for the clinical monitoring and implementation of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) within a correctional facility. They also facilitate therapeutic sessions, assist with suicide prevention, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support inmate care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a certification as an Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CADC/CAADC) or a clinical license (LSW/LCSW/LPC). A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a human services field and at least one year of clinical experience are required.
