Key Responsibilities
The counselor provides home and community-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays or risks. They also collaborate with families to develop and implement Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP) to support child development.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a master's degree in a relevant psychology or counseling field and possess current LMHC or LMFT licensure in Massachusetts. Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families is preferred.
