Key Responsibilities
The Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor will provide individual, family, and group therapy to residents in long-term care facilities. They will also conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted LCPC license and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to work independently in a long-term care environment.
