Internal Medicine Physician or Advanced Practice Provider

Key Responsibilities

The provider will conduct medical evaluations, diagnose and treat adult patients, and manage both acute and chronic conditions. They are also responsible for coordinating care with specialists and behavioral health providers while maintaining accurate EMR documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an MD, DO, NP, or PA degree with an active New Jersey license and board certification or eligibility. Professional fluency in both English and Spanish is strictly required for this role.
