Key Responsibilities
Provide specialized Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation services while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Act as a clinical leader within the skilled nursing facility to manage patient conditions and bridge the gap between therapy and internal medicine.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner, APRN, or Physician Assistant license in Massachusetts. Experience in the post-acute or skilled nursing facility space is preferred.
