Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct comprehensive skills and behavior assessments in home, school, and community settings to develop individualized treatment plans. They will also supervise RBTs and provide hands-on coaching to families to ensure high-quality, evidence-based clinical outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field and possess a current BCBA certification. Additionally, applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Behavior Analyst in Washington, DC, and have reliable transportation for field travel.
