Job description

● Job Title: Full-Time CRNA
● Employment Status: 1099
● Location: Midwest City, OK
● Salary: $320,000
● Shifts: Average 25-30 hours/week most of the year
● Call: Call Required - 1:7 call with post-call day off after OR-only call; minimal overnight call-ins and call is mainly the late person
● Case Types: General, Orthopedic, Endoscopy/GI, ENT (some peds), GYN, spine, and cath lab
● Special Requirements: Regional proficiency is preferred but facility will train. Must be comfortable practicing to the full scope of your license.

Job Summary

We are seeking a service-oriented, independent-minded CRNA to complete our growing team just 7 miles from downtown Oklahoma City. This is a rare opportunity to join a stable, CRNA-led practice where you can work independently and truly practice at the top of your license. CRNAs perform their own cases and have the opportunity to further their regional skills. Training is available, and new grads are welcome. Located in the Oklahoma City Metro area, Midwest City offers the perfect balance of suburban comfort and urban access. Enjoy outdoor activities in local parks, lakes, and trails, along with vibrant arts, culture, fine dining, and pro sports—including the NBA and the LA Dodgers’ AAA affiliate. With a low cost of living and quick access to Bricktown and downtown OKC, it’s a great place to live and work.

Requirements
● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Oklahoma. (Currently, or willing to obtain)
● Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in regional, general, ENT, endo, spinal and GYN cases.
● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
● BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
● Regional proficiency is preferred.
