Job Description
BenchMark Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Floater Physical Therapist to join our Hikes Point, KY team!
Summary
We are looking for a versatile and motivated Floater Physical Therapist to support our network of outpatient clinics in the Eastern Louisville, KY area. This role is ideal for a licensed PT who enjoys variety in their workday and is comfortable adapting to different clinic environments and patient populations. The Floater PT will provide high-quality, evidence-based care ensuring seamless support between our teams on the eastern side of Louisville clinics.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, collaborate with experienced clinicians, and contribute to a patient-centered care model that emphasizes functional outcomes and long-term wellness. - Salary: $78,000 to $95,000 / year
- Up to 10,000 Sign on Bonus
Key Responsibilities
Develop a personalized treatment plan with measurable goals and alter as needed.
Float between outpatient clinics within the designated region to provide coverage for vacations, leaves, or increased patient volume.
Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedic, sports medicine, post-surgical, and chronic pain patients.
Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and home programs to support recovery and long-term wellness.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture and patient experience, even in short-term assignments.

- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure
