Job Description

Duties include completion of diagnostic assessments in an outpatient facility as well as crisis management for those who have been identified as having a substance use disorder (SUD).

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in human service-related field. Previous experience with SUD clients preferred.  Applicant must possess excellent documentation and time-management skills. 

Applicant must be available Monday through Wednesday from 9am – 3pm and Friday from 9am – 2pm.
