• Job Title: Full-Time CRNA

• Salary: Base of $240,00 with total compensation ranges from $260,000-$280,000
• Shifts: FT - Daily shift TBD
• Call: Low call burden with primary call being 1-2x monthly
• Case Types: General, Neuro, ENT, Urology, Orthopedic, Cath Level III - some moderate trauma
• Special Requirements: Regional anesthesia proficiency is preferred, but the facility is willing to train

Job Summary

We are looking for a service-oriented CRNA to round out our team in Denison, Texas. This is a great opportunity to join a stable and collegial group of CRNAs at a growing hospital with diverse case exposure, low call burden, and a generous W2 compensation and benefits package.

Requirements

• Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas. (Currently, or willing to obtain.
• Minimum of 0-1 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in regional, general ortho, neuro and cath cases.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Regional proficiency is preferred.
