Job description

● Job Title: Full-Time CRNA
● Employment Status: 1099
● Location: Denison, TX
● Salary: Base of $240,00 with total compensation ranges from $260,000-$280,000
● Shifts: FT - Daily shift TBD
● Call: Low call burden with primary call being 1-2x monthly
● Case Types: General, Neuro, ENT, Urology, Orthopedic, Cath Level III - some moderate trauma
● Special Requirements: Regional anesthesia proficiency is preferred, but the facility is willing to train

Job Summary

We are looking for a service-oriented CRNA to round out our team in Denison, Texas. This is a great opportunity to join a stable and collegial group of CRNAs at a growing hospital with diverse case exposure, low call burden, and a generous W2 compensation and benefits package. Requirements
● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas. (Currently, or willing to obtain.
● Minimum of 0-1 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in regional, general ortho, neuro and cath cases.
● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
● BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
● Regional proficiency is preferred.
