Overview
Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive, academic health system in central New York and a major teaching affiliate of Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, is seeking a per diem CRNA.
Per Diem Rate
- $225.00 per hour - less than 2 years’ experience/paid malpractice insurance
- $250.00 per hour - more than 2 years' experience/paid malpractice insurance
- Job Description & Responsibilities
Collaborative Practice: Join an established, stable, hospital employed team of 13 physicians and 25 CRNAs in a supportive medical direction model.
Diverse & High-Quality Care: Provide full-spectrum anesthesia services to a diverse patient population with a strong focus on safety and quality (staffing ratios 1:2 / 1:3). Collaborative Anesthesia Care Team is a predominate model with CRNAs encouraged to be part of full spectrum of care including neuraxial, regional and invasive line placement

Flexible Locations: Practice across Cooperstown, Oneonta, Cobleskill, and Little Falls, with flexibility for CRNA’s living in Albany, Binghamton, Utica, or Syracuse.

- BLS, ACLS or PALS Certification Required

Key Responsibilities
Provide full-spectrum anesthesia services to a diverse patient population within a collaborative medical direction model. Participate in clinical procedures including neuraxial, regional, and invasive line placement while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Requirements
Candidates must hold NBCRNA certification and a valid New York State license. BLS, ACLS, or PALS certifications are also required for this position.
