HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) that are looking for the most flexible position to join our fun and growing Early Intervention team in York, PA!

Scheduling Options: Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN opportunities available. You can start slow and build up to Full-Time or work as as little as 5 hours/week with our PRN options! Hybrid options available!

Hourly Compensation: Standard rates up to $75/hour! Higher hourly rates for anyone open to traveling across county lines!

Service Areas: We work hard to keep visits within a 30-minute drive from the therapist's home! We have options in York/Adams County, PA areas as well as the opportunity to pick up more cases in Franklin County should you be interested!

Flexible Session Scheduling: You create your own schedule based on you and your client's availability! Sessions are roughly 1-hour long including therapy time + documentation time on your company provided laptop!

Responsibilities

Provide Speech sessions through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).

Work with families/caregivers in the child’s natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines.

Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals.

Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program. This includes session noted, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible

Certification: Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP).

Skills: Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
