Key Responsibilities

The BCBA will conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in home, school, and community settings. They will also supervise RBTs and provide hands-on coaching to families to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field and possess a current BCBA certification. Additionally, they must be licensed in Maryland and have experience supervising RBTs.
