Job Description

  • Occupational Therapist (OT) — Home Health | $10K Sign-On Bonus
  • Full-Time-Santa Clara County
  • $60–$75/hour | $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Full-time means a full-time paycheck. Our therapists are paid hourly for their scheduled hours, including drive time and documentation. No per-visit pay, no unpaid charting, and a growing patient census that keeps your schedule steady.

At Health Link Home Health we believe great patient care starts with supporting the clinicians who deliver it. For over 20 years, we've served the Bay Area with a focus on clinical quality, strong systems, and a collaborative culture. We're growing our team and looking for an OT who wants meaningful work, modern tools, and a team that's truly there for them.

You'll be assigned one dedicated territory, Santa Clara County (full time)designed to minimize drive time and keep your day manageable. SF patients are spread across neighborhoods like the Sunset, Richmond, and Mission; Peninsula patients run from Daly City down through Redwood City.

Why OTs Choose Health Link

  • Reliable income: Many agencies promise full-time work but only pay per visit, so a light week means a smaller paycheck. At Health Link, full-time staff are paid hourly for their scheduled hours, and our growing census means a steady, consistent caseload.
  • Hourly pay that covers your whole day: A long visit, a tough drive, or a complex note never costs you money.
  • Earn up to 25% more: On top of your hourly pay, earn daily, per-payroll, and quarterly bonuses based on completed visits and use of our AI-assisted documentation.
  • AI-assisted charting: Smart documentation tools on company devices that cut charting time and keep your evenings free.
  • Real-time support in the field: Our experienced case managers and clinical team are available in real time to help with complex situations or patient coordination, so you're never on your own.
  • Easy commute: Mileage reimbursement, a company vehicle (based on availability), or rideshare credits in the SF territory.
  • A manageable pace: Organized scheduling, territories designed to minimize drive time, and a team that respects your time.
