Key Responsibilities

The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for ensuring the consistent implementation of company-approved programs and providing oversight and feedback to therapists regarding their performance and clinical documentation. This role also involves active participation in regulatory surveys, coordinating performance improvement activities, and collaborating with the leadership team on hospital operations.

Requirements

Applicants must possess a Master’s Degree from an accredited school of social work and hold a current, unencumbered clinical social work license (LCSW). Required experience includes previous work in inpatient psychiatric healthcare, along with knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles, while previous Director-level management experience is preferred.
