Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will conduct comprehensive evaluations and deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to improve mobility and function for geriatric patients. They will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide education to residents and caregivers to support long-term independence.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program and hold an active state PT license. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care for older adults are required.
