Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs.
- Provide care with a high level of independence in assisted living communities, while always supported by the broader Engage team for guidance and resources.
- Provide patient and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
