Job description
Join Community Care Partners as a Providers - Urgent Care - Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time) in Junction City, Oregon. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Delivering care that is personal! Are you ready to practice medicine with purpose in a well-established network of urgent care and occupational medicine clinics that put people first?
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care on an outpatient basis to include procedures normally performed in an urgent care setting.
- Responsible for the delivery of care, treatment, and referrals.
- Arrange for referral resources for those medical specialties not provided by the organization for patients of the clinic.
- Evaluate patients to determine the medical condition of the patient, through the performance of physical examinations, thereby, establishing a diagnosis and proposed treatment plan.

Requirements
Must hold a current, unrestricted NP or PA license and be able to obtain DOT certification and DEA licensure. Requires strong knowledge of drug interactions and excellent communication skills.
