Job description

● Job Title: Full-Time CRNA
● Employment Status: 1099
● Location: Pasadena, TX
● Salary: $250,000 + Sign on BONUS!
● Shifts: Day schedule of 3 days one week, and two days the other week - No overnights and no weekends required. Provider can pick up extra OR shifts on 26 weeks off if desired.
● Call: No call
● Case Types: Variety of obstetric case types, OB focused. Annually deliveries average around 2200. OB MD takes care of patients throughout the night.
● Special Requirements: Must have Texas CRNA APRN License. Must have strong epidural and spinal skills and can manage laboring patients. Must be comfortable working independently but with MD backup when needed.
● Supervision Model: Independent, but there is MD backup if needed

Job Summary

We are is seeking a service-oriented CRNA to join our collaborative team at in Pasadena, TX. This is a rare job-share opportunity offering $250,000 (1099) with 26 weeks off per year, an ideal schedule for CRNAs seeking work-life balance without sacrificing income. Located just outside of Houston in the Houston/Woodlands/Sugar Land metro area, Pasadena offers easy access to all the amenities of a major city. You'll be 20–30 minutes from both Houston Hobby and IAH airports, with a strong local community, excellent schools, and affordable living.

Requirements
● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas. (Currently, or willing to obtain)
● Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in OB cases.
● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
● BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
● Must have Texas CRNA APRN License.
● Must have strong epidural and spinal skills, with the ability to manage laboring patients.
● Must be comfortable working independently.
