Key Responsibilities
The Clinic Director provides direct therapy services while leading clinical operations and mentoring staff within a senior living community. They are responsible for coordinating care, driving resident engagement, and ensuring the successful implementation of the EmpowerMe 360 model.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current professional license in a therapy discipline such as PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP. Previous experience in leadership or clinical mentorship is required to effectively manage team performance and clinic operations.
