Key Responsibilities
The Clinic Director leads clinical operations and provides direct therapy services while mentoring staff to ensure high-quality care. They also partner with community leadership to implement integrated care models and drive resident engagement.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current professional license in a therapy discipline such as PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP. Previous leadership or mentorship experience is required to effectively manage teams and clinical initiatives.
