Key Responsibilities
Provide therapy and wellness services to older adults while conducting assessments and creating personalized care plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure care coordination and maintain high standards of clinical practice.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current professional license in their therapy discipline such as PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP. A strong passion for empowering seniors and excellent clinical and collaborative skills are required.
