Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapy Assistant will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility and strength. They are responsible for leading rehabilitation activities, educating patients on safe techniques, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an associate degree from an accredited PTA program and possess a valid state PTA license. Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care are required, with CPR certification preferred.
