Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist evaluates and assesses patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans in a home health setting. They are responsible for supervising Physical Therapy Assistants and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with agency policies and regulations.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited PT program and possess an active Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas. A minimum of one year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist is required.
