BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN

Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Technician provides direct patient care, monitors physical and mental status, and assists with treatment plans under the direction of a registered nurse. They also ensure a safe environment, manage crisis situations, and handle administrative documentation for patient records.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess CPR, Basic Life Support, and Behavioral Management Training certifications. Two years of experience in behavioral health is preferred.
