Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Technician manages the daily milieu of the facility to ensure client safety and a therapeutic environment. They are responsible for documenting client progress, facilitating education groups, and providing direct support for daily living activities.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience working with substance abuse or mental health issues. A valid Florida driver's license and the ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification are required.
