The Behavioral Health Technician manages the daily milieu of the facility to ensure client safety and a therapeutic environment. They provide direct support to clients, document behaviors, facilitate education groups, and assist with daily living activities.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in substance abuse or mental health. A valid Florida driver's license and the ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification are required.
