Day Kimball Health is hiring for a per diem Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our Respiratory department in Putnam, CT! Hours: Per Diem, as needed Shift: Varied Per Diem Requirement: Per diem employees are expected to work a minimum of 32 hours per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs, but is not limited to, all the following respiratory procedures: aerosol therapy, ABG’s, oxygen therapy, ventilator care, overnight oximetry, resuscitations; adult and neonatal.

• Clinical assessment on all patients on respiratory services with appropriate recommendations to attending or ordering physicians.

• Actively participates in department inservice educational programs.

• Flexible and willing to rotate shifts or work odd schedules as needed.
