Key Responsibilities
The pharmacist will ensure accurate order entry, maintain pharmacy security, and verify the precision of labels and drug packaging. They are also responsible for supervising sterile IV product preparation and maintaining perpetual inventory for controlled substances.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid New York Pharmacist license and possess a PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree. Experience in IV and long-term care pharmacy settings is preferred.
