Key Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse will perform utilization management and review activities to ensure the medical necessity, quality, and cost-effectiveness of patient care. They will also manage referrals, monitor inpatient length of stay, and coordinate care across various departments and agencies.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an Associate Degree in Nursing and possess a current, unrestricted Registered Nursing license. A minimum of three years of direct patient care experience and two years of utilization management or case management experience are required.
