Key Responsibilities

The Speech Language Pathologist administers intermittent speech therapy services to patients in their homes according to physician orders. They are responsible for evaluating patient needs, developing care plans, and documenting progress through clinical reports and OASIS assessments.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a master’s or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology and possess a valid state license. Two years of experience is preferred, along with the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing.
