Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and performing comprehensive discharge planning. They must also maintain effective communication with the healthcare team and ensure clinical documentation complies with regulatory standards.
Requirements
Candidates must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is also required.
