Key Responsibilities

• Ability to identify subtle impairments and its impact on function and disability and develop a plan of care that integrates therapy into the lifestyle of the family.

• Documentation: Develops individualized therapy plan which includes measurable goals / objectives for treatment, and collaboration with interdisciplinary team members as appropriate.

• Is thorough, complete and reflects integration of all areas of patient care with an advanced knowledge base and ability to interpret assessment findings.

Requirements

• Pennsylvania State Licensing Board

• Required or Occupational Therapist (New Jersey)

• New Jersey State Licensing Board

• Required and Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR)

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $74K - $95K
