DeliverCareRx is an innovative national home delivery hospice pharmacy licensed in all 50 states. We are partnered with Optum Hospice Pharmacy Services, the largest pharmacy benefit manager in the hospice industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with co-workers and other healthcare professionals to acquire and review prescriptions to determine appropriate medication therapy.
- Review and verify physician medication orders on a daily basis.
- Oversee medications prepared by pharmacy technicians.
- Provide Drug Utilization Review.
Requirements
- Outstanding ethical personal character with commitment to compliance and integrity.
- Analytical and operational process skills.
- Judgment/decision-making capability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize duties.
