Job description
● Job Title: Locum CRNA
● Employment Status: 1099
● Job Type: Locum / Contract
● Location: East Texas
● Duration: 3-6 months
● Shifts: 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts
● Call: Not required, but there are call opportunities from home
● Case Types: Pediatric, Neuro, General, ENT, Urology, Ortho, General, GYN, CV, Vascular, Neurospine, Podiatry, GI, Plastics, Interventional Cardiology and Electrophysiology, Labor Epidurals and SAB for C-Section
● Credentialing Timeframe: Can take around 6 months
● EMR: TBD
● Supervision Model: Medical Direction
● Special Considerations: CRNAs will perform Invasive Lines, A Lines, Regional Blocks (willing to train) and Ultrasound Guided Blocks
Job Summary
Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a qualified Locum CRNA to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a range of clinical settings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a patient-centered approach to care. This locum opportunity offers flexibility while allowing the CRNA to work within a collaborative, well-supported anesthesia care team.
Requirements
● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas
● Minimum of 1–3 years of CRNA experience preferred; proficiency in various case types
● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the care team
● BLS and ACLS required; PALS and other advanced certifications as applicable
