• Job Title: Full-Time CRNA

• Salary: $255,000 for 1099
• Shifts: FT - Daily schedule TBD
• Call: No call - this position is part of the non-call team
• Case Types: Diverse case mix with nearly all specialties being represented besides transplants. Approximately 85 OB deliveries per month
• Special Requirements: Must be comfortable performing solo epidurals and spinals for OB. Facility will train!
• EMR: TBD
• Staffing Grid: Daily 12:2 CRNA to MD ratio, full team is 18:4

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated CRNA to join a growing team in Hot Springs, Arkansas. This role is part of the non-call team, ideal for CRNAs looking to maintain a high level of clinical skill while enjoying excellent work-life balance.

Requirements

• Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas. (Currently, or willing to obtain)
• Minimum of 0-1 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in various case types.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• Must be comfortable performing solo epidurals and spinals for OB, but training is offered by the facility.
