Responsibilities

Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join a collegial department of 20 other providers (orthopedists and podiatrists).
Fellowship training in orthopedic trauma required.
Level II Trauma Center with helicopter service.
Additional services include: General surgery trauma coverage, vascular surgery, neurosurgery, interventional radiology/angiography, plastic surgery, hospitalist service.
Dedicated orthopedic trauma OR time.
Group includes 2 fellowship trained trauma surgeons as well as adult reconstruction, sports, hand, and nonoperative orthopedics.
1:1 model with advanced practice provider
Office attached to the only hospital covered.
Common EHR and PACS across the health system and Mayo Clinic Rochester.
Orthopedic Department has been recognized repeatedly by U. S. News & World Report as a top performer in Wisconsin and our facility was recognized as a "Best Regional Hospital" in Northwest Wisconsin for 2024-2025.

Qualifications

  • Board-certified/Board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Wisconsin.
