AFC Urgent Care is the leading Urgent Care brand with over 300 locations nationwide offering high quality patient-centered healthcare to our communities. Our state-of-the-art Urgent Care centers focus on the episodic treatment of acute illnesses and injuries on a walk-in basis seven days a week with lab and x-rays on-site. We are seeking a Per-Diem Nurse Practitioner to join our Team in Granada Hills, California.

Competitive Pay. Hourly Rate: $70-$82 with preapproved overtime pay.
- Per-Diem requirement: Picking up 2-3 shifts per month minimum.
- Additional bi-weekly bonuses based on patient volume thresholds.
What Does AFC Urgent Care Require?
- An unrestricted medical license in California
- DEA Certificate
- FNP or ENP Certificate
- Must be AANP or ANCC Board Certified
- At least one year’s experience in an ER, Urgent Care or Primary Care setting
- Able to treat patients of all ages and be comfortable with minor procedures (e. g., suturing lacerations, draining abscesses, etc.)
- Availability to work: day, evening, and weekend shifts.

The Nurse Practitioner will provide episodic treatment for acute illnesses and injuries to patients of all ages on a walk-in basis. Responsibilities include performing minor procedures such as suturing lacerations and draining abscesses in a clinical setting.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an unrestricted California medical license, a DEA certificate, and FNP or ENP board certification. At least one year of experience in an ER, Urgent Care, or Primary Care setting is required.
