Compensation & Benefits
- Base $230-$240K
- 7 weeks PTO for 0-5 years of experience
- 8 weeks PTO for 5+ years of PTO
- $90K Sign-On Bonus (3-year commitment)

Key Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia care for a variety of cases including orthopedics, general surgery, and urology at Tristar Greenview Hospital. Maintain high quality patient care while adhering to hospital efficiency and accountability standards.
Requirements
Must be a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). The position requires a commitment to a 3-year term to receive the sign-on bonus.
