Job Description
- Occupational Therapist (Full-Time)
- Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM
- Location: In-Home Throughout Ventura, CA with occasional on-site support to Santa Barbara, CA
- Job Type: Hourly, Non-Exempt
- Pay: $60 per Hour & $20 per Hour for Admin/Training
Job Duties
- Build trust and rapport with clients by providing consistent, quality service.
- Conduct assessments for clinical service, provide specialized services, and manage various client cases. Manage paraprofessionals providing clinical and administrative guidance.
- Carry out in-home sessions specifically tailored to the child’s treatment plan.
- Attend weekly staff meetings and trainings prepared to contribute to discussions on cases presented
- Follow administrative requests such as keeping current notes, progress reports, employee certifications, or any other required documentation/renewals necessary for continued employment
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapy License in California is required
- Experience in Early Intervention is highly preferred
- Ability to travel in-home to provide services
