Key Responsibilities

The Director leads the implementation, operations, and compliance of the CCBHC program to ensure integrated, person-centered behavioral health services. This role oversees quality improvement, performance monitoring, community partnerships, and cross-department coordination to meet all federal and state requirements.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant field and possess at least five years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health or human services. A valid North Carolina driver's license and experience with regulatory compliance and Medicaid-funded services are required.
