Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible

This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

Join Easterseals PORT Health as a Substance Abuse Counselor – Community Impact in United States. Do you have a passion for helping individuals overcome substance use challenges? Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) is seeking a Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct substance use assessments and provide individual and group interventions.

Facilitate access to recovery resources, including 12

step programs.

Collaborate with the ACT team to develop tailored treatment plans.

Requirements

Certified as a CADC or CCS, or provisionally or fully licensed as a LCAS/A in NC.

Comfortable working in community settings with a valid driver’s license. Exceptional

Salary: $43.7K - $65K

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.
