Licensed Psychologist

Enara Family Counseling P.C. is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our clinical team at our El Cajon, CA facility. You will provide comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, and consultation services to a diverse client population. This role offers the opportunity to work in a multicultural community mental health setting with a dedicated team of professionals.

This position is available as both full-time and part-time.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including cognitive, personality, and neuropsychological testing
• Provide diagnostic evaluations using DSM-5 criteria for children, adolescents, and adults
• Deliver individual, group, couples, and family psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Provide clinical supervision to pre-licensed clinicians (AMFTs, ASWs, APCCs) and psychological associates
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, social workers, and other team members
• Write comprehensive psychological evaluation reports
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment services
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
• Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards
• Stay current with research and best practices in clinical psychology

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program
• Current and active California license as a Psychologist issued by the Board of Psychology
• Experience conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and testing
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.)
• Strong report writing and clinical documentation skills
• Experience working with diverse and multicultural populations
• Experience in community mental health settings preferred
• Experience providing clinical supervision preferred

Language Requirements

• English fluency REQUIRED
• Arabic language skills PREFERRED but not required
• Dari, Farsi, or Pashto language skills PREFERRED but not required

Compensation

• $60.00 - $120.00 per hour, depending on experience, certification level, language skills, and clinical experience
