Join a Team That PUTS Providers First

Become part of a team connected to one of the region's most respected healthcare organizations. At Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care, we know exceptional patient care starts with supporting the clinicians who deliver it. We've built an urgent care organization focused on providing the resources, operational support, and scheduling flexibility providers need to thrive professionally while maintaining work-life balance.

Why Providers Choose YALE New Haven Health Urgent Care

Exceptional Clinical Support

Practice with confidence alongside experienced colleagues, engaged clinical leadership, and an integrated support network. As Chief Medical Officer Dr. Raffoul shares, "experts are at your fingertips," giving providers access to specialty referrals, care coordination resources, and the broader Yale New Haven Health network to help patients navigate the next steps in their care.

What Our Providers Say

That commitment to support is reflected in the experiences of providers across our organization. Clinicians consistently highlight the approachable medical leadership, exceptional teamwork, and collaborative culture that make Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care a special place to practice. As one provider shared, "There's never a moment that you can't reach out to someone with a question."

What Our Patients Say

The impact of that support is reflected in the experience our patients receive every day. Recent feedback from Branford patients highlights the compassionate, efficient care our teams strive to deliver:

"Excellent care. Courteous and very friendly atmosphere."

"Very detailed, fast and exceptional care from check-in to the provider."

Scheduling Built Around People

Our dedicated scheduling team works directly with providers to create fair, thoughtful schedules. We believe provider scheduling should be driven by people, not software.
